1. Start your day with a warm glass of lemon water.
2. Wash your face twice a day with your skin type facewash. Don’t wash your face more than thrice a day unless it is necessary as we have essential oils and due to overwashing we can have lack of it.
3. Drink plenty of water each day(about 2-2.5L). Water plays a very important role in making our skin healthy as it flushes out all the toxins from our body.
4. Minimize the use of chemical products on your face.
5. Maintain a healthy diet full of nutrients and minerals. It is also very important because our body is what we eat so eat healthy and stay healthy.
6. Always put a good spf sunscreen whenever you go out especially in summers.
7. Try to put a home made face mask once or twice a week as it will exfoliate the dead cells and make your skin look glowing.
8. If you have problem of dark circles then use cold compress or put two slices of cucumber on your eyes for 5-10 minutes.
9. Use a good or natural mositurizer daily.
10. Exercise atleast 30 minutes daily.
11. Last but not the least, remove all the makeup if you had it and wash your face nicely before going to bed as when we sleep our cells grow, so it’s very necessary to wash our face before sleeping.
